My family goes crazy for these Buffalo Chicken Caesar Sandwiches. They are juicy, saucy, slightly spicy, and stacked high with Johnny B’s Caesar Salad which brings this sandwich to the next level.
During the summer months I gravitate towards simple, quick, and delicious recipes. I feel like that goes for a lot of people, and this is one of those recipes that ticks all the boxes. Usually I have a big batch of Johnny B’s Caesar Dressing in the fridge, which makes this recipe ready in about 15 minutes. If you loved my Hot Honey Chicken Lettuce Wraps, Hot Honey Chicken Cutlets, or Crispy Chicken Cutlets you need to add this one to the rotation.

Substitutions & FAQ’s
How do I know if my chicken is cooked?
Once your chicken reaches an internal temperate of 165 degrees F, and the juices run clear, it’s safe to eat.
What oils work best for frying chicken?
Oils with a high smoking point work best for frying as the oil needs to be at a high temperature but still below its smoking point when frying. Oil recommendations are: vegetable oils, peanut oil, grapeseed oil, and canola oil.
Can I grill the chicken instead of pan frying?
Absolutely! I go between grilling and pan-frying depending on my mood, but these taste great on the grill.
Storing & reheating
Have leftovers? Lucky you. Store the chicken in a separate airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days. I also recommend keeping the caesar dressing in a separate container and mixing it with the romaine when you are ready to serve!
