Jalapeño Popper Chicken Lettuce Wraps are one of my favourite recipes to meal prep, and work as a quick, healthy, protein packed lunch or dinner. If you love the flavours of Jalapeño Popper Chicken, you’ll love this recipe!

If you love love the flavours or cream cheese, jalapeños, sharp cheddar, and crumbled bacon, you will love this lightened up version. Made with shredded chicken, plain greek yogurt, and served in a lettuce wrap, keeps this recipe low carb and high in protien.

One of the best parts about this recipe is that you can make it in advance and eat it all week! It keeps great in the fridge for up to 4 days and tastes great in lettuce boats, in a tortilla wrap, made as a jalapeño popper chicken salad, or served along your favourite fresh veggies.

Substitutions & FAQ’s

Do I need to use the jalapeños in this recipe?
If you aren’t a fan of the spice, adding green pepper will take away the spice but still give the dish a nice crunch.
What can I serve with this recipe?
A few of my favourite ways are in lettuce boats, in a tortilla wrap, on top of salads or on the side of fresh veggies.
