  • 250 grams spaghetti, or pasta of choice
  • 1 full bulb garlic
  • 2 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • cup heavy cream, 33%
  • 1 cup parmigiano reggiano, finely grated
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • salt, optional
  • fresh basil, to garnish, optional

Instructions
