Hot Honey Chicken Lettuce Wraps
Hot Honey Chicken Lettuce Wraps are made with a combination of ground chicken and toasted walnuts and smothered in the easiest two ingredient hot honey sauce. Wrap these up in crispy butter lettuce and garnish with green onions for the easiest low carb lunch or dinner.

Servings: 4 people
- 1 tbsp olive oil extra virgin, or avocado oil
- 1 large lettuce head ripped into boats/wraps
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/4 cup Franks buffalo hot sauce or hot sauce of choice
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1/3 cup walnuts roughly chopped
- 1/3 cup green onions chopped
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
To a large frying pan set to medium/high heat add the olive oil.
Once hot, add the ground chicken, salt, garlic powder, onion powder and let fry for 4-5 minutes.
Once the chicken is nearly cooked, add the walnuts and let fry for another minute, allowing the walnuts to become slightly toasted.
Once the chicken is cooked and the walnuts are slightly toasted, add the hot sauce and honey and let cook for 1-2 minutes, just until heated throughout.
Remove from heat, add the green onions and mix one last time.
Scoop into lettuce wraps and enjoy right away.
