Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 cups semi sweet milk chocolate chips
  • cups dried steam fried noodles
  • 1 cup blanched slivered almonds

Instructions

  • Prepare a large baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper and set it aside.
  • Start by bringing a large pot to low heat. Add the coconut oil, and once it’s melted, add your chocolate chips. Cook on low, stirring constantly, until fully melted and smooth.
  • Remove from the heat and add your dried steam-fried noodles along with the blanched slivered almonds. Mix thoroughly until all noodles are coated.
  • Using two spoons or one large spoon, scoop about 1 to 2 tablespoons of the mixture, packing it slightly, and place each cluster onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • Let them cool in the fridge for 20 to 30 minutes, or alternatively, in a cool spot on your counter until fully set.
  • Enjoy!
