Servings: 30 clusters
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 cups semi sweet milk chocolate chips
- 4½ cups dried steam fried noodles
- 1 cup blanched slivered almonds
Prepare a large baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper and set it aside.
Start by bringing a large pot to low heat. Add the coconut oil, and once it’s melted, add your chocolate chips. Cook on low, stirring constantly, until fully melted and smooth.
Remove from the heat and add your dried steam-fried noodles along with the blanched slivered almonds. Mix thoroughly until all noodles are coated.
Using two spoons or one large spoon, scoop about 1 to 2 tablespoons of the mixture, packing it slightly, and place each cluster onto the prepared baking sheet.
Let them cool in the fridge for 20 to 30 minutes, or alternatively, in a cool spot on your counter until fully set.
Enjoy!
