Burrata with Shaved Tomatoes

- 1 tbsp olive oil finely chopped
- 250 grams burrata
- 1 tomato frozen
- 1 tbsp fresh basil finely chopped
- flaky salt to taste
Place a fresh tomato in the freezer and allow it to freeze until frozen solid. At least 6 hours. Add your burrata to a serving dish. With a knife, score the top of the burrata. Next, take the frozen tomato out of the freezer, and with your zester, zest a few tbsp of frozen tomato onto the top of the burrata.
Drizzle with olive oil, fresh basil and flaky salt.
Serve with crusty bread if desired.
