Burrata with Shaved Tomatoes

Equipment

  • 1 Zester

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil finely chopped
  • 250 grams burrata
  • 1 tomato frozen
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil finely chopped
  • flaky salt to taste

Instructions

  • Place a fresh tomato in the freezer and allow it to freeze until frozen solid.
    At least 6 hours.
  • Add your burrata to a serving dish.
    With a knife, score the top of the burrata.
  • Next, take the frozen tomato out of the freezer, and with your zester, zest a few tbsp of frozen tomato onto the top of the burrata.
  • Drizzle with olive oil, fresh basil and flaky salt.
  • Serve with crusty bread if desired.
