Big Mac Nachos

This one is for my Big Mac Burger lovers! If you love a Big Mac you are going to go nuts over these nachos. They have everything right down to the pickles and it's such a fun and delicious way to switch up your nacho game.

Ingredients

Ground Beef:

  • 1.5 lbs ground beef
  • 1 tsp olive oil for frying
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Thousand Island Dressing:

  • 2 cups mayo
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
  • 1/3 cup white onion chopped fine
  • 3 tbsp white vinegar
  • 3 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 garlic clove chopped fine
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Toppings:

  • nacho chips
  • cheddar cheese shredded
  • white onion chopped fine
  • pickles chopped
  • lettuce chopped
  • sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Begin by adding your oil to a large frying pan. Once hot, add your ground beef and seasioning and fry until cooked. About 5-7 minutes. Adjust seasoning accordingly. Set aside.
  • Prepare your thousand island dressing. Mix well and taste. Set aside.
  • Chop up your onion, lettuce and pickles. Set aside.
  • Grab a large baking pan and begin building your nachos. Start with the chips, layer on the cheese, then the beef, then the white onion. Repeat at least one more layer.
  • Bake in a 400 degree oven for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  • Top with lettuce, pickles and sesame seeds.
  • Drizzle on the Big Mac sauce and save some for the side to use as a dip.
  • Enjoy right away!

Notes

*Please read the blog post for tips on measurements for the thousand island dressing!
*If you have extra dressing, don't worry this keeps good in the fridge for 5-7 days and works great on burgers or salads.
