- 15-20 frozen dumplings chicken, beef or vegetable fillings all work
- 1 can coconut milk 400 ml
- 2 tbsp green curry paste
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce low sodium
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp lime zest
Garnish
- fresh chives

Begin by preheating your oven to 400 °F.
In a large shallow baking dish (large enough to fit the dumplings in a single layer), pour in the coconut milk, green curry paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, lime zest, and the juice from one lime.
Grate in the garlic cloves and fresh ginger. Whisk everything together thoroughly until the mixture is well combined. Arrange the frozen dumplings into the broth in a single layer and ensure they aren’t overlapping, pressing them gently into the broth with the tops still visible. Spoon a bit of the liquid over the dumplings. Cover the dish tightly with a lid or foil, and bake for about 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes.Depending on the dumplings, adjust the cooking time until they are tender and fully cooked. Once done, garnish with fresh chives, sesame seeds, and chili crunch if desired.
