Baked Brie with Jam
This is my Baked Brie with Jam which is such a delicious, creamy, festive and elegant appetizer. It requires very few ingredients and can be made in about 20 minutes. This one is sure to become a crowd favourite and I hope you enjoy it as much as my guests and I all do!

- 1 large brie wheel
- 3 tbsp blueberry jam
- 1/3 cup walnuts chopped
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary chopped fine
For Serving:
- drizzle of honey
- rosemary to garnish
- crostini
- crackers something with nuts/dried fruit
Set your oven to 400 °F.
Slice your brie horizontally and then vertically to create little cubes across the top of the brie. (don't cut all the way to the bottom, just break the top surface) Add your brie to an oven safe serving dish and bake for 15-20 minutes.
While it's cooking, prepare your walnut mixture.
To a small pan set to medium heat, add your walnuts and toast lightly for 2-3 minutes. Be sure not to brown.
Add your chopped rosemary, honey, and mix. Cook for an additional minute and remove from heat.
Once your brie is done, spread on the blueberry jam, top with the walnut mixture, add a drizzle of honey and garnish with fresh rosemary.
Serve along side crostini or crackers.
