Baked Brie with Jam

This is my Baked Brie with Jam which is such a delicious, creamy, festive and elegant appetizer. It requires very few ingredients and can be made in about 20 minutes. This one is sure to become a crowd favourite and I hope you enjoy it as much as my guests and I all do!

Ingredients

  • 1 large brie wheel
  • 3 tbsp blueberry jam
  • 1/3 cup walnuts chopped
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary chopped fine

For Serving:

  • drizzle of honey
  • rosemary to garnish
  • crostini
  • crackers something with nuts/dried fruit

Instructions

  • Set your oven to 400 °F.
  • Slice your brie horizontally and then vertically to create little cubes across the top of the brie.
    (don't cut all the way to the bottom, just break the top surface)
  • Add your brie to an oven safe serving dish and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  • While it's cooking, prepare your walnut mixture.
  • To a small pan set to medium heat, add your walnuts and toast lightly for 2-3 minutes. Be sure not to brown.
  • Add your chopped rosemary, honey, and mix. Cook for an additional minute and remove from heat.
  • Once your brie is done, spread on the blueberry jam, top with the walnut mixture, add a drizzle of honey and garnish with fresh rosemary.
  • Serve along side crostini or crackers.
  • Enjoy right away!
